We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an exceptional Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in driving business performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making.nn This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to step into a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business strategy.nn The Role Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will lead the planning, forecasting, and performance management agenda across the business, ensuring financial insights support key strategic decisions.nn Key responsibilities include:nn

• Leading the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and strategic financial modelling activities.

• Owning the monthly forecasting cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

n

• Delivering insightful reporting, analysis, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

n

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation, challenging assumptions and driving commercial decision-making.

n

• Developing and enhancing FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and business insight.

n

• Managing and developing a high-performing FP&A team, providing coaching, support, and leadership.

n

• Acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of FP&A when required.

n

About You We're looking for an ambitious, high-calibre finance professional who can quickly establish credibility and make an immediate impact.nn You will ideally have:nn

n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

n

• Approximately 5+ years of post-qualified experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.

n

• A proven background operating in large, complex, listed businesses.

n

• Experience within consumer, retail, FMCG or similarly fast-moving sectors.

n

• Exceptional financial modelling, analytical, and business partnering skills.

n

• The ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.

n

• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.

n

• Confidence working with and influencing senior executives and key stakeholders.

n

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running from day one.

n
