Senior Legal Director, EMEA – Commercial & Compliance

Michael Page is assisting a technology business in Bracknell in their search for a Legal Director (EMEA). You will lead commercial contracting, negotiate with customers and counsel on corporate administration and compliance, spanning across sales, HR, procurement and marketing.

The role requires EU-qualified solicitor with 6+ years in commercial law, strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with global teams.
