Strategic FP&A & Commercial Finance Leader (Hybrid)

Target Group is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance / FP&A in Cardiff, hybrid (on-site 1–2 days/week). You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with the CFO and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and value creation.

You will manage a small FP&A team, develop insights on profitability, and provide governance reporting to ExCo and the Board. Experience in a similar role and advanced Excel/financial modelling are essential.
