Senior Service Design Architect – Safety-Critical

NATS is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Service Design within our SI Framework on a contract basis. You will engage with programme and service operations customers to shape safe, reliable, and cost-effective services in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of ITIL and risk management, with SFIA level 6 capabilities, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
