Hotel Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Growth (Flexible Hours)

Travelodge Shrewsbury Bayston Hill is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers a structured path to develop your people and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee recruitment, inductions, food quality where applicable, drive upselling, manage rosters, banking, health and safety, and monitor KPIs to keep the hotel performing at brand standards.
