Childcare & Public Law Solicitor – Exeter (Hybrid)

Chadwick Nott in Exeter is seeking a Solicitor specialising in Childcare and Public Law to join its expanding Family team. The role offers exposure to care proceedings, emergency protection orders and advocacy in the Family Court, with hybrid flexibility for a permanent, full-time position.

You should have 2+ years PQE, strong knowledge of the Children’s Act 1989, experience with legally aided matters and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
