Head of Production, Smart Label Manufacturing

Reelables is seeking a Head of Production to own end-to-end manufacturing for its ultra-thin Bluetooth/Cellular 5G tracking labels. You’ll lead the production floor, equipment, processes and team, scaling output to meet demand with quality and safety at the core.

In this senior role you’ll standardise processes, drive lean improvements, implement ISO9001/GMP where applicable, and collaborate with R&D and supply chain to optimise lead times and capacity as the business scales.
