Head of Maintenance & Facilities — Care Home

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our UK care homes. You will lead maintenance across the building and grounds, troubleshoot issues, and work on a hands-on basis with at least one trade.

You will manage budgets in collaboration with the General Manager and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of care-home upkeep. You will supervise a small maintenance team, maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff, and be reliable
