Head of Maintenance — Care Home Operations & Grounds

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in the North East to keep the building and grounds well maintained and to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for residents and smooth operation for staff.

You will lead a small maintenance team, work with the General Manager on budgeting, and liaise with contractors for specialised work, while handling a range of tasks from plumbing to grounds upkeep.
