School Site & Safety Manager

Hilltop Primary Academy in Ashbourne is seeking a proactive Site Manager to ensure safe, well‑presented premises for staff and pupils. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, oversee maintenance, repairs and grounds upkeep, and manage health and safety compliance.

Working with the leadership team, you’ll set up spaces for activities and respond to site needs, keeping security tasks and emergencies handled with reliability and a flexible approach within the Tapestry Learning Trust community.
