Branch Manager – Customer-Focused Retail Leader

MAX SPIELMANN in Ilkeston is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one of our high street photography branches. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours over 5 days, weekends with occasional overtime) and provides full training with no prior experience required.

You will oversee daily branch operations, deliver exceptional customer service, manage staff, and drive performance with an uncapped weekly bonus potential. Starting salary is £26,894 per year.
