Job Description:

LOCATION:Covering the South West (Exeter – Cornwall) Occasional travel to Telford.

HOURS:08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday. (1 hour lunch)

Job Purpose

To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows/To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
  • Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
  • High standard of communication internally and externally

Key Experiences and Skills Required

  • Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
  • Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
  • Knowledge of installation of windows and doors

Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

  • CSCS Card
  • First aid at work
  • SMSTS (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking

  • Accountable for meeting all targets, deadlines and KPI’s as agreed with Regional contracts manager
  • Deliver projects without safety incidents, within timelines and to budget
