Site Manager – Refurbishment & Subcontractor Oversight

React Site Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to support a Project Manager on college refurbishment works during the summer shutdown. You will oversee projects across campus, manage subcontractors, assign work, and ensure work is completed to a high standard on site in collaboration with client.

The candidate should be able to read drawings, follow on-site instructions, and uphold Health & Safety procedures such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
