Location: Leeds

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the delivery of Next Gen FM workplace services across a designated group of HMRC Hub and Spoke buildings, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, compliance and service delivery standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all FM services across allocated HMRC Hub and Spoke locations, ensuring legal, statutory and contractual obligations are met.
  • Build strong relationships with HMRC, VOA, building occupiers and supply chain partners, acting as the primary site representative.
  • Manage, develop and support FM teams and subcontractors to deliver outstanding customer experience and operational performance.
  • Ensure PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance activities and SLA requirements are completed and reported accurately.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, asset data and lifecycle maintenance plans to support long-term estate performance.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Proven experience managing facilities management services, maintenance activities and operational teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and record-keeping abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
