Regulatory Enablement Manager — Client-Facing Compliance

Zinc Work Limited is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to share the regulatory workload across the commercial teams. You will be the go-to for regulatory questions, join client calls, and build a comprehensive guidance library covering key UK frameworks and background checks.

You will work within the Regulatory Compliance team under Legal & Compliance, supporting RFPs and client content while translating complex rules into clear guidance for a range of stakeholders.
