Site Manager – School Facilities, Flexible Hours

OCS Group is seeking a Site Manager to be based at Rockwood Academy, on-site 0800-1600 with flexibility to meet business needs. You will lead a team of on-site staff and contractors to deliver a fully integrated service to the contract, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include managing service delivery, reporting to client representatives, maintaining budgets and service specifications, and driving continuous improvements and cost efficiencies across the contract.
