Squared Homes in Luton is seeking a Finance Team Leader to oversee daily financial operations, payroll, ledgers and statutory reporting within our Supported Housing service. You will supervise a small team, coordinate with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
