Nurse Director – Health and Social Care Partnerships, Band 8D
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and aspiring nurse leader to undertake the role of Nurse Director for Health and Social Care Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic and professional leadership qualities to effectively lead in a system leadership context. This will be evidenced through a demonstrable track record of creating a culture of empowerment to deliver continuous improvement and performance in an organisation which has achieved ANCC Pathway to Excellence accreditation.
The post holder will deputise for the Executive Nurse Director and will help deliver professional governance and growth, deliver strategies and effective policies which drive quality and ensure safe and effective care for the population of Grampian.
The successful candidate should have extensive nursing experience covering a range of subject areas such as professional practice in nursing, clinical and care governance, workforce analysis and planning, education and development and change management.
