Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Venn Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Bristol to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join a busy, collaborative department with an outstanding reputation and a strong local and regional client base. The firm offers high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive working environment.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, developers and lenders.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Development matters, including site acquisitions and option agreements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice
About You
To be successful, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Have outstanding communication and client care skills
- Be proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional service
