T+1 Post-Trade Efficiency AVP – Lead Business Analyst

Delta Capita in London seeks an experienced AVP Business Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis for T+1 readiness and improve Post-Trade efficiency. You will design and implement process changes across allocations, matching, and settlements, while coordinating with front, middle, technology, and operations teams.
