Strategic Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing – Major Project

SCS Railways seeks a Project Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing to lead a team of up to 10 on the £1bn+ HS2 contract. You will partner with the HSW Director and the project SLT to embed a proactive safety culture across design and construction, driving best practice and governance.

You will influence across the Client and JV partners, manage risk, oversee training, reporting and incident investigation, and mentor the SCSJV delivery team.
