Are you an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive? We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys getting involved, and seeks more responsibility within a growing team.

This is a hands‑on digital marketing role that will give you broad experience across key digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support email & SMS, affiliate marketing, SEO, paid media, website & CRO, and performance reporting, helping to execute campaigns end‑to‑end and contributing to the wider digital marketing mix.

Job requirements

Skills & experience required for this role:

  • Experience across digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing and email/SMS
  • Confidence executing campaigns end‑to‑end, from planning and build through to deployment and analysis
  • Experience supporting or working closely with affiliate programmes or performance marketing partners
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
  • Comfortable with SEO principles and on‑page optimisation activity
  • Confidence working with performance data and translating it into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with good copywriting and briefing skills

Job responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing (Manage)

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing email and SMS campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, from lead nurture to retention and upsell
  • Build, test and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including automated customer journeys such as lead nurture and abandoned cart sequences, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
  • Help monitor deliverability, open rates, click‑through and conversion metrics, supporting ongoing testing and optimisation
  • Maintain the email and SMS calendar and ensure campaigns align with wider marketing activity

Affiliate Marketing (Manage & Support)

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing day‑to‑day relationships with affiliate and comparison site partners
  • Support efforts to grow affiliate volume, diversify partner mix and improve commission structures
  • Review and approve affiliate creative, messaging and promotional activity to ensure brand alignment
  • Report on affiliate performance and contribute recommendations to the wider acquisition strategy

SEO (Support)

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with SEO activity, including content briefs, on‑page optimisation and keyword tracking
  • Assist with website content updates to ensure pages are optimised for search and aligned with campaign activity
  • Help monitor organic performance and flag opportunities or issues

Website & CRO (Manage & Support)

  • Manage and publish content updates across the website CMS, ensuring acquisition landing pages are accurate, on‑brand and optimised for conversion
  • Support the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing page performance and acquisition conversion rates
  • Work with the wider team to brief and implement CRO initiatives, ensuring learnings are documented and fed back into future campaigns

Paid Media (Support)

  • Provide support across paid search, paid social and display channels, including support with agency management
  • Help coordinate creative assets and copy for paid campaigns in line with campaign briefs
  • Assist in analysing paid performance data and feeding insights back to the team

Performance Reporting & Insight (Support)

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in building and maintaining regular performance reports across digital channels
  • Translate campaign and channel data into clear, actionable insights
  • Contribute to reporting shared with senior leadership, ensuring data is accurate and well‑presented
  • Help identify trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall digital performance
