Role & Responsibilities
- Support CDM Principal Designer duties
- Assist with design risk reviews
- Review project information and risks
- Attend stakeholder meetings
- Support reports and project documentation
- Work closely with senior team members, contributing to compliance activities and developing technical CDM knowledge across varied project work
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years’ construction experience
- Construction health and safety knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of design stages
- Proactive team‑based approach
- Ability to manage workload priorities, maintain attention to detail, and show an interest in developing a long‑term CDM career
