Senior SAP FICO Consultant/Architect

The Role

As an IT Consultant/Architect, you’ll work in an international environment, collaborating closely with client leadership teams to understand key challenges, define IT strategies, and drive transformation.

• Design and deploy tailored SAP FICO solutions and IT architectures
• Lead key workstreams within major transformation programmes
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
• Coach and support client technology teams
• Manage delivery quality, risks, and client expectations
• Drive modern, agile ways of working across implementations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP FICO
• Consulting background preferred (SI or advisory environment)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working on transformation or implementation projects
• London-based role with hybrid working (2–3 days in office)
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
