SENCo & SEND Strategy Lead – 32.5h, Senior Manager

Wetherby High School in North Yorkshire invites an experienced SENCo to lead the SEND strategy from January 2027. The post spans the school and is part of the Extended Leadership Team, with a strong focus on developing and delivering SEND provision.

The role requires a deep commitment to an inclusive ethos, restorative practice, and the ability to lead a skilled SEND team to meet the needs of our most vulnerable learners.
