Repairs Operations Lead — Scheduling & Admin

Two Rivers Housing in Newent (Gloucestershire) is seeking a Repairs Support Manager to lead the repairs administration and scheduling team. You will ensure repairs are booked efficiently, cost-effectively, and at times that suit tenants, while building strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.

You will oversee administrative functions for the repairs and maintenance team, including raising works orders, managing diaries, producing reports, processing invoices, and fleet management.
