Production Team Lead — Food Packing & Quality

Compass Group UK&I in Derby seeks a Production Team Leader for the Cuisine Centre. You will lead the production team to prepare, pack, and dispatch SKUs in line with the production plan, driving on-time delivery and strict adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

This on-site role offers 40 hours a week (Mon–Fri 07:00–15:30) with occasional overtime. You’ll coach the line, maintain traceability and inventory records, and collaborate across departments while covering the Production Manager
