Governance & Committees Officer

NHS Kent and Medway is seeking a Committees Officer to provide end-to-end governance support for Board, Committee and Sub-Group meetings. You will take accurate minutes, publish papers and actions promptly, and ensure timely publication of materials.

This role requires strong administration and digital skills, with a focus on compliance with Terms of Reference, Standing Financial Instructions and the UK Corporate Governance Code.
