About the role
A leading Sage Intacct partner is expanding its professional services team and is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations for growing UK businesses. You will own delivery from kick‑off through to go‑live and handover, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating consultants, developers and finance stakeholders. This is a client‑facing role suited to someone who thrives on turning finance transformation goals into delivered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for Sage Intacct implementations — scoping, planning, resourcing, budgeting and risk management.
- Run project governance, chair steering meetings, manage scope and change control, and keep delivery on time and within budget.
- Translate clients’ back‑office accounting processes into a working solution design, coordinate data migration and integrations, manage user acceptance testing, training and cutover.
What we’re looking for
- Proven success delivering ERP or finance‑system implementations end to end, ideally with Sage Intacct or comparable cloud finance platforms (Sage 200, NetSuite, Access or similar).
- A solid grasp of core accounting and back‑office processes, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and confidence leading both clients and internal teams.
- A recognised project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) is preferred, along with the commercial awareness to keep projects profitable.
