We are looking for a Neighbourhood Response Manager for the South region to oversee the LiveSmart (Over 55’s Housing) Team. The role focuses on managing contractors for Over 55’s Housing schemes, ensuring smooth operation across all sites. Key responsibilities include coordination with other departments to set priorities for improvements, fostering collaboration with teams, resident groups, and external partners, and motivating a diverse team to achieve delivery goals while maintaining compliance with housing legislation.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in team management, strong leadership, and a track record of influencing and negotiating outcomes. They should be capable of motivating others and building relationships across the business, and have extensive experience in housing management practice and legislation.
Applicants must be able to travel weekly across the South region (Kent, Surrey, Sussex), attend regular meetings at office locations and visit schemes as required. You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. Basic criminal record check clearance is required.
