Residential Block Manager | Hybrid Role in Leeds Portfolio

FPMR Ltd is seeking an experienced Estates Property Manager to oversee a residential block portfolio across Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and surrounding areas. The role involves end-to-end portfolio management, budgets, service charges, contract coordination, and on-site presence.

You will lead Section 20 consultations, manage AGMs, drive health and safety compliance, and mentor on-site staff while maintaining strong client communication and a proactive stance on repairs and compliance.
