Job Title

Student Lettings Manager – Full time, permanent – Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of negotiators and lettings progressors.
• Nurture and develop the team to reach their potential.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Meet branch targets through winning new business and increasing market share.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Organised and diligent, with strong leadership and people skills.
• Driven and reliable, with a record of winning new business.
• Valuator experience is a plus.
• Integrity valued as a key business trait.

Work Hours

08:45 am – 17:30 pm, with one Saturday per fortnight (09:00 am – 16:00 pm) and a day off in lieu.
