TMF Operations Team Lead – Global Trials

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United Kingdom seeks a Team Lead, TMF Operations to ensure trial master files are inspection-ready in line with ICH GCP and country regulations. You will drive TMF deliverables across multiple studies with global teams.

You will develop QMDs, monitor KPIs, manage risk, mentor staff, and deliver data-driven insights to project teams. A life-science degree and 3–5 years in regulated environments are preferred.
