Café Manager — Lead Team, Service & Growth

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for ASDA Weymouth to lead the café operation. This hands-on role requires a strong leader who delivers excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

You will lead the catering/front-of-house team, manage budgets and stock, uphold food safety standards and ensure a positive customer experience while driving performance and sales. 40 hours per week, £28,000 per annum.
