Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-Functional Test Analyst.
- We need strong experience across non-functional testing, including performance, resilience, recovery, volume, and security.
- We need confidence using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- We are looking for someone who can translate test findings into clear insights that support decision-making.
- We want someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable influencing at all levels.
- We are looking for someone who takes ownership, shows accountability, and enjoys solving complex technical problems.
- Experience partnering with product teams from the earliest stages of delivery is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- We will have you take ownership of our approach to performance, resilience, capacity, security, and operational readiness.
- We will have you work with cross-functional product teams and customers from early planning stages to define the right level of non-functional testing.
- We will have you design and run performance, resilience, recovery, volume, and security tests.
- We will have you use tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner to assess how our systems behave under pressure.
- We will have you create test approaches, plans, scripts, data sets, and reports.
- We will have you take ownership of our products overall performance, including availability, scalability, security, and resilience.
- We will have you plan and execute tests for peak demand, scalability requirements, and disaster-recovery scenarios.
