The 6‑month Relaunch@Capgemini program runs from 26 October 2026 to 23 April 2027. Participants will be required to be available for work during this period.

We have a great opportunity to join Capgemini’s dedicated Service Management team as an Incident Manager, working with a growing portfolio of high‑profile clients. A Knowledge Manager is responsible for ensuring that organisational/project knowledge is accurately captured, maintained, shared, and continuously improved to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Our Knowledge Managers can be expected to engage with the following responsibilities and activities:

  • Management of existing knowledge documents
  • Creation & Management of new knowledge documents
  • Promotion of training of the knowledge management tool
  • Monthly reporting of the knowledge management tool
  • Accuracy and consistency of knowledge
  • Identification of knowledge requirements/gaps

You will need to have flexibility to work shift between 7am and 6pm, Mon‑Fri.

Your skills and experience

We’re looking for individuals who have experience working as an analyst in a technical service centre environment having worked in software asset management and configuration management. You will also have:

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • An understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to interact with clients at all levels
  • Certification in ITIL V3/V4 Foundation – desirable

Your security clearance and pre‑employment checks

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
