Job Description:
Arla Foods’ Aylesbury Dairy is seeking a QEHS Team Leader to drive quality, food safety, and compliance. Reporting to the Senior QEHS Manager, you will lead audits, liaise with retailers, and coach colleagues to deliver improvements across the site.
You will manage a team of 7 Hygiene Operatives, apply HACCP/TACCP, use data to monitor performance, and support customer audits. Weekend cover and occasional out-of-hours auditing are required.
