Senior Residential Manager – Two Children’s Homes

CYS Security is seeking a Residential Manager to lead day-to-day operations across two children’s homes in Gravesend and Gillingham, Kent. You will hold Ofsted registration and be accountable for safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and quality of care.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, staff development, budgeting, and liaison with local authorities. Travel between sites and a full UK driving licence are essential; enhanced DBS check will be required.
