Multisite IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) Windows & M365

TavasTechs is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Midlands team, based between Leicester and Rugby with occasional home working. You will provide 1st/2nd line support for 600+ users, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and telephony, and assist with system administration tasks.

We value a proactive, customer‑facing approach, strong Windows knowledge, and experience with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems.
