Job Role: East of England Cluster Manager

Location: Regular travel to 5 sites across the East of England (Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire)

Salary: £65,965.33 per annum

Contract: Full time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations across five sites in the East of England, ensuring safe and secure environments for prisoners, staff, and visitors.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for a multidisciplinary team that includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet performance targets.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
• Report on site performance, incidents, and improvement actions to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience of managing multiple sites and associated budgets.
• Experience of managing staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience of working in facilities management within a custodial environment.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship in the trade.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills.
