Onsite 2nd‑Line Desktop Support Engineer

Experis – ManpowerGroup in Salisbury is seeking a Desktop Engineer for a fully onsite role. You will provide second line support, resolve incidents to SLA and complete NSR/IMAC requests, while maintaining strong communication with Service Desk and Level-3 teams.

The role emphasises hands-on experience with Intune, Windows 10/11, SCCM MECM, AD basics, and networking. On-site with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.
