Developer Success Engineer — Empower Builders & Community

LiveKit is seeking a skilled engineer to help build, ship, and support production software that powers AI-enabled applications. You’ll work across unfamiliar codebases to diagnose issues, write robust code, and contribute to documentation while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with developers and customers, triage bugs, respond to tickets, and help translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
