Remote Power BI Developer

Salary: £28,000 – 68,000 per year

Requirements

• Solid experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and a good grasp of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• An eye for design, with the ability to make data both functional and compelling.
• A proactive mindset and a desire to add value beyond assigned tickets.
• Bonus: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or the Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, automated dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Build scalable semantic models and robust BI processes, including development, peer review, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn data needs into self‑service solutions.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting with automated BI tools.
• Champion best practices in data visualisation, UX, and data integrity.
