Senior IT Operations Engineer: 365, Endpoint & IT Infra

Verne is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for a London-based team of ~50 users while owning Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and IT services for ~200 employees and contractors across three regions.

The role blends senior technical support with improving Microsoft 365 services, IT infrastructure, and service delivery. You will collaborate with the Head of IT to enhance documentation, projects, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
