Senior Housing Data Analyst

Location: Oxford – Town Hall / Work from home (Hybrid).

Salary G9: £53,527 per annum full time (pro rata for part time).

Contractual hours: 37 Basis. Basis Full Time. Region Oxford. Package: 29 days holiday, LGPS, subsidised leisure membership, flex scheme (where appropriate), employee benefits scheme, post-probation pay increment. Job category/type Permanent. Job reference 002834.

An exciting opportunity has become available in Housing Services. The Senior Housing Data Analyst will lead the approach to data and evidence-based decision-making within a busy Housing Services area, providing services to over 8000 tenants and leaseholders, as well as delivering a wide range of housing needs and statutory homelessness services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the approach to data and evidence-based decision‑making within a busy Housing Services area.
  • Provide services to over 8000 tenants and leaseholders.
  • Deliver a wide range of housing needs and statutory homelessness services.
  • Support the service and wider Council through data extraction, interpretation, and analysis.
  • Collate and manipulate complex sets of data and present findings in accessible and informative ways.

Qualifications

  • Experienced data lead.
  • Skilled in extracting, interpreting, and analysing data.
  • Proficient in collating and manipulating complex data sets.
  • Ability to present findings accessibly and informatively.
  • Competency in using a range of IT and software applications and complex databases.
