Remote Software Engineer

Salary: £78,000 – 100,000 per year

• We want builders who can show us what they have built from scratch and explain their specific contributions.
• We want problem solvers who take initiative and figure out what needs to happen to move the needle.
• We want people with an AI-native mindset who have worked on AI products before or who use AI tools to maximize their productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered systems that integrate directly with EHR platforms.
• Ship real-world features into production environments that impact patient care.
• Own features from ideation through to production.
• Influence the product roadmap and technical direction of the company.
• Write new code on a modern Node, TypeScript, and GCP stack.
• Use AI tools to automate mundane parts of day-to-day engineering work.
• Collaborate with the team in person in Manchester when needed to whiteboard, jam on ideas, and build rapport.
