Job Overview

As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play an important part in both delivering brilliant outcomes for our clients and supporting meaningful internal change across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting new client implementations – help ensure a smooth start for our clients as we configure and deliver our platform to meet their needs.
  • Enabling successful client projects and change initiatives – work alongside project managers, consultants, and client teams to keep projects on track, ensuring they run smoothly, meet expectations, and deliver real value.
  • Driving internal change and continuous improvement – support internal initiatives, helping improve how we work, embed best practices, and strengthen our programme management capability.
  • Strengthening PMO standards and quality – track progress, manage risks, support governance and reporting to ensure projects are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a PMO Analyst, Client Delivery, or Project Management role.
  • Experience working in an IT environment, ideally within pensions or financial services, with direct customer‑facing exposure.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting the development and execution of governance frameworks, driving improved transparency, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
