FP&A Analyst — Hybrid, Forecasting & AI-Driven Dashboards

Commify is seeking a data-driven FP&A Analyst to own core forecasting models, headcount tracking, and payroll reconciliation tooling. You will partner with HR and Technology to translate spend into strategic insights and drive cost control across the organisation.

You will build and refine budgeting cycles, provide variance analysis with clear commentary, and develop real-time dashboards to support executives and stakeholders in a fast-paced, globally distributed business.
