Lead Therapeutic Children’s Home Manager

Cucumber Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of children’s residential services for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed therapeutic home. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, staffing, and regulatory compliance to support young people with complex trauma.

You will work with an established team and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional care, positive outcomes in education and wellbeing, and adherence to Ofsted standards.
