The Harnham Academy
Our structured Academy programme combines classroom learning with hands‑on experience and ongoing coaching from managers and our dedicated Learning & Development team.
Months 1–3: Learn the Foundations
You’ll learn how to:
- Source and engage top talent
- Build relationships with candidates
- Conduct interviews and qualification calls
- Write compelling job adverts
- Become a specialist in the Data & AI market
Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
Continue developing as a specialist 180 recruiter, building deep expertise in candidate delivery.
OR
Transition into full 360 recruitment, managing client relationships, winning new business and owning the entire recruitment process.
